BEACH FRONT HOUSE REFURBISHMENT
It never fails to make us feel good winning a contract off a competitor, but with this project, we were absolutely elated.
Sunrise to the direct beach frontage starts the day and breath taking fiery sunsets to the harbour side to close, this is a holiday home to relish. Undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment and remodel including new glazing and exterior cladding, creation of completely new ensuites, vaulted ceiling to master bedroom and all new kitchen layout.
The new format house is heavily influenced by an outdoor lifestyle with the reconfigured ground floor now boasting a changing area with shower and bespoke kit store for the family’s bikes and water sports equipment. A light spruce up of the rear terrace has included an additional outside shower for dealing with sandy children, wetsuits and even the family dog!
