We were delighted to be given the opportunity to be back working in such a prestigious block of flats, with such superb views of the beach and from old Harry Rocks to the Isle of Wight & Hengistbury Head.

The property had previously been rented out and was not in a good state of repair, so we set about clearing the decks and proceeded to install everything from new. All new electrics; all new doors matching the style the client loved from her previous home; a brand new under floor heating system split into zones and managed from the client’s phone from anywhere in the world.

We also installed acoustic insulation in the ceiling void to keep the heat in and reduce the noise transference.
