Our client contacted us about this project having visited our website and realising we had completed another full refurbishment in the same area a few years before. We were super happy to be back in one of the premier roads in Talbot Woods.

The property had not been updated for quite some time and it was clear that there was a lot of space wasted in the roof; so it was decided to remove the old roof completely and nearly all internal walls, build an extension out the back and use a steel frame to maximise the living space.

This property now boasts 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite, plus a separate WC for guests. It has a large hallway perfect for yoga classes and a beautiful kitchen and living space looking onto a large garden. The client chose a split heating system and also wanted air conditioning throughout to help during those hot summer months.

Now complete, it stands out on the road especially with its beautiful Staffordshire blue roof tiles and lovely grey sandstone front wall and new block paved driveway. It feels like another job well done.
