FULL FLAT REFURBISHMENT
It was good to be back working on another lovely project in Wykeham Lodge because it was here that we conducted our first client refurbishment back in 2011.
This time, however, the motive was for re-sale and not for the client’s personal use and enjoyment. The entire block was undergoing significant updating and is now unrecognisable.
With the alterations and improvements made by us I’m confident of a strong sale price for the client, resulting in a very nice return on his investment. This flat will provide its new owners with many years of pleasure to come, and what a view!
