In 2010, we finished a new build of four starter homes in the historic town of Bridport, West Dorset – gateway to the Jurassic coast.
Sold with outline consent for a pair of houses and with the downturn in the property market, we re-planned this site, providing four much needed starter homes.
Finished on time and budget, these were all sold with three months of commencement with sales completing to the original purchasers.
