Although in apparently reasonable condition, the ultimate plans involved full conversion of the existing roof space to form a master bedroom with ensuite and separate dressing room. Eight steel beams later and the ground floor has been radically remodelled with the front door relocated, hallway opened up and insertion of a bespoke staircase.

We also opened the main living area onto the new kitchen with a separate utility formed. A full rewire and replumb was undertaken to supply the property ensuring peace of mind for many years to come. It was a great pleasure to be part of this super project and to work with (in the client’s own words) “the best customer in the world, ever”! What a transformation!
