William Bowley was contracted to carry out the total refurbishment of this large flat in the highly sought after Canford Cliffs village.
Originally purchased as a 2nd home, the client has now sold their primary home in Cornwall with plans to move to Poole in the summer of 2012. William Bowley have completely gutted the property, installed all new electrics, sound-proofed ceilings with LED downlights, new ensuite & bathroom suite and installed a brand new Kitchen complete with Corian work surface. Now completed, the feedback from viewers has been that the finish rivals that of a brand new property.
