We were recommended to Mat & Natasha via an old friend with whom Mat works. Having served faithfully as a family home for a number of years, the house was crying out for a major remodel across the back of the house.
The family had outgrown the small kitchen and the location of a ground floor bathroom dissecting the kitchen and breakfast room was sorely outdated.
Removal of the internal walls necessitated two steel beams and a new lintel was installed to raise the height of the former bathroom window to match that of the other. A new metal framed ceiling was installed to correct the ceiling heights and to hide the beams.
We also re-wired and plumbed the entire area including removal of the old system boiler and associated water tanks. With a new boiler installed, and new access created via French doors from the dining area, this bright and fresh new space will be a pleasure for the family to use in the years to come.
We would have no hesitation in recommending William Bowley & have been delighted with their services. The whole process from initial consultations, support, to the quality of their work and that of their subcontractors was very professional and to a high standard, with no surprises on cost. We found Nick’s knowledge & attention to detail invaluable and his craftsmanship & cleanliness matched by those services they use or recommend. We are therefore delighted with the services and quality of work by William Bowley and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
