We have repositioned the master bedroom and ensuite off the back of the house adjoining a new large dressing room, which has created space for a 4th & 5th bedroom with guest bathroom above the garage extension. Underfloor heating zones have been created on both floors coupled with all new doors, flooring, lighting, electrics and bathrooms; it’s pretty much a brand new house.
However the main event is surely the stunning contemporary kitchen which flows beautifully into the dining room and snug areas, which has greatly improved access & the general feel of the ground floor. It even has its own games room with pool table and freestanding console area. The client has chosen some beautiful fixtures and fittings and the parquet and heritage style flooring really makes the oak / glass staircase stand-out. A thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding project to have been involved with.
