William Bowley were thrilled to be asked back to Branksome Towers having completed flats 43 & 44 already in the same block. Kathy from flat 44 recommended us to the owners of the Penthouse at flat 45 as they too were keen to modernise and maximise the value of one of the nicest 3 bed flats in the area.

To date this has been a family holiday home which hadn’t been updated for some time, so was definitely in need of the William Bowley treatment. Everything was taken out including the windows and patio sliding doors and replaced with new. 3 new ensuite bathrooms & a WC, a brand new kitchen, dropped ceilings to house a new insulation layer and all new electrics & plumbing, new LVT flooring throughout and all new doors with glazed ones into the living area to keep the light flooding in. A minitec zonal ufh system, which is controllable from a phone was installed throughout, so they can get the flat up to temperature prior to arrival. It now is the perfect getaway to enjoy the stunning views and beautiful location on the cliff tops of Branksome Park, Poole.
