“William Bowley Projects managed the repair and refurbishment of my late mother’s property in Broadstone. I needed a local project manager because I live some three and half hours away in Cornwall. Living so far away, I wanted someone who I could trust to manage the project and deliver an outstanding outcome. Nick and Nick made an immediate good impression. We had had a really useful first meeting where my outline plans for the property were improved. They made lots of good suggestions based on their experience of redeveloping similar properties.

The final specification involved, removal and/or repair of external brick walls, the construction of a new patio, repairs to a defective interior floor, full electrical rewiring, a new central heating system, a new kitchen, a new bathroom, new flooring/carpets throughout and complete redecoration. I was kept well informed throughout the project. All the work was completed on schedule, within budget and to an exceptionally high standard. I am 100% satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend William Bowley Projects.”
