William Bowley, in conjunction with our financial partner, acquired a council owned brownfield site in West Dorset in 2010.​

Working in conjunction with the council and our architects we designed a scheme which gelled and enhanced the character and grain of the conservation area whilst also maximising the land value. A successful planning consent was achieved and we have now sold the site, which has been successfully built out.
