Flat refurbishment on Sandbanks
The clients who purchased this lovely 1 bed flat on Sandbanks found us online as we had previously worked on Flats 4, 10 & 11 in the same block “Fairwinds”.
They asked us to move the kitchen into the living room creating an open plan kitchen / diner and therefore turning it into a 2 Bed flat. We installed all new plumbing and new electrics in the dropped insulated metal frame ceiling, and with new internal doors and LVT flooring / carpets, it really feels like a totally brand new apartment. The blending valve connected to a new outside tap means filling paddling pools or washing dogs or cleaning paddle boards in warm water is a summer-time joy. Now modernised, it is the perfect holiday get-away flat for them to enjoy as a family for years to come.
